Here are some basic notes about being a Crave Radio DJ
- We are currently only accepting pre-recorded mixes
- You will NOT get paid to DJ on Crave Radio (none of our DJs are paid)
- You may promote yourself and/or events during your mix
- You will be listed in the DJ section of the Crave Radio website
- If provided, we will post your events/flyers on the Crave Radio website
The question everyone asks: "When will my mixes be played?"
There are several factors that determine this, but here are the most important factors:
- The more consistent you are with submitting (*new*) mixes, the more consistent your time slot will be
(We have no problem giving weekly or daily spots to DJs as long as you can keep up)
- The better your mixes are (in our opinion of course), the better the timeslot and frequency
The next question everyone asks: "What kind of mixes are you looking for?"
- Music that makes you feel good and makes you want to have a good time
- We will never tell you what to play, but please do no submit a hip-hop mix tape
- Listen to Crave Radio and hopefully you will understand
